Meetings and Events Team Member

The Position of Meetings and Events Team Member at Shark Club UK calls for a proactive and enthusiastic individual. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing exceptional service to meet the event requirements of the Shark Club's clientele.

Primary Responsibilities

• Plays a key role in the organising, and executing of meetings and events under the supervision of the Meetings and Events Manager.
• Coordinates tasks related to events including logistics, transportation, food and beverage, audio/visual equipment, accommodation, and miscellaneous supplies.
• Sets up and breaks down events including tables, decorations, equipment etc.
• Prompt follow-up with customers after the event to ensure customer satisfaction and to seek future bookings.
• Monitors event activities and works in collaboration with other staff, to ensure that the clients' needs are met and dealt with promptly and efficiently.
