Responsibilities of MEICA Estimator: Lead the preparation of detailed MEICA cost estimates using bottom-up methodologies Develop and refine project scope in collaboration with engineering and bid teams Contribute to technical submissions and tender strategies Assess and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure best value Prepare enquiries for materials, equipment and subcontract packages Manage risk, value engineering and cost planning throughout the tender process Support design development to ensure accuracy and completeness for pricing Work closely with project, commercial and delivery teams to align programme, cost and methodology Capture and analyse project feedback to improve future estimates Promote innovative and efficient engineering solutions Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders Monitor project progress against tender assumptions during early delivery phases Support health, safety and environmental best practice across all activities.
