MEICA Site Manager

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver MEICA works on Thames Water schemes in Luton. The successful candidate must have previous experience managing MEICA works within the water industry.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

* Managing day-to-day site operations.

* Overseeing mechanical, electrical and civils works.

* Supervising site teams and subcontractors.

* Liaising with Thames Water and the project management team.

* Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.

* Coordinating labour, plant and materials.

* Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.

* Monitoring quality and progress against programme.

Site Manager Requirements:

* Black or Gold CSCS.

* SMSTS.

* Previous MEICA experience within the water industry.

* Experience working on Thames Water schemes.

* Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and civils works.

* Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.

* Good understanding of health and safety, RAMS and quality procedures.

* IT literate.

* Full UK driving licence.
