An industry leader in exclusive lifestyle and travel management catering to Affluent individuals and VIP clientele worldwide is seeking an Arabic speaking Member Lifestyle Service Consultant for a Fixed term contract.

Role Overview:

As a Member Lifestyle Service Consultant ,you will play a pivotal role in crafting lifestyle solutions for Arabic-speaking members. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your expertise in luxury travel or lifestyle services to deliver bespoke recommendations and exclusive arrangements tailored to the unique needs of members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, proactive, and personalized lifestyle and travel management services to high-net-worth Arabic-speaking members.
• Plan and arrange complex luxury itineraries, including, five-star accommodation, fine dining, and exclusive experiences worldwide.
• Handle requests related to lifestyle services such as event planning, personal shopping, VIP access to events, and more.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring the highest levels of discretion, trust, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global partners, suppliers, and internal teams to secure exclusive benefits and experiences for members.
• Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destinations, and lifestyle offerings to provide clients with innovative and inspiring recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, contact centre, customer service or lifestyle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to manage complex and demanding requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.
