Membership Admin Manager Altrincham c£35,000 doe

Working for a leading global non-for-profit organisation in the senior leadership team, this is an exciting role for an experienced office manager who is accustomed to working alongside a team, undertaking daily tasks, whilst mentoring, 1-2-1’s and CRM database management.

Essentials:

* Leading, mentoring and undertaking regular 1-2-1’s and monitoring the performance of a team of three membership administrators

* Be actively involved and leading by example, undertaking daily admin alongside the broader admin team, processing customer applications and membership upgrades

* Responsible for investigating and resolving any complaints

* Strong knowledge and experience in managing membership data and using CRM databases (Dynamics 365 CRM) to drive day-to-day operations, analysing membership data, trends and performance indicators to inform future engagement strategies

The ideal candidate shall have proven team management experience, alongside strong CRM database knowledge (Dynamics 365 CRM); and proven experience of managing membership programmes, ideally within a not-for-profit organisation, professional institution or trade body.
