Job Description
 
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy Membership and Insurance Services team.
You will support the end-to-end member journey, ensuring documentation is processed accurately and efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
 
Key Responsibilities

Process membership and insurance documentation in line with SLAs and targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Respond to member enquiries via phone and email
Deliver a high standard of customer service
Support the full member journey from onboarding through to ongoing service
Work collaboratively with team members to meet performance targets
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards 
Requirements

Previous administration or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office
