Membership and Marketing Executive

What You Will Do:

- Develop and refine a compelling membership offer in collaboration with partners and external marketing agencies.

- Promote the membership offer across the West Midlands through multi-channel marketing and event support.

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and new members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

- Manage membership records with accuracy, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations.

- Coordinate and support a programme of webinars, newsletters, an annual conference, and member forums.

- Foster strong relationships with members, sharing opportunities for collaboration and support.

What You Will Bring:

- At least two years of experience in marketing and communications, including event support and multi-channel campaigns.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and familiarity with business social media platforms.

- Strong communication skills, including copy-writing for press and social media, and the ability to engage at networking events.

- A structured and disciplined approach to administrative tasks, with attention to detail.

- A willingness to travel within the West Midlands to support events and initiatives.
