We're on the lookout for a Membership Consultant with charisma, drive, and a passion for community wellness to join one of the North West's most exciting health and fitness organisations.

What's the role?

As a Membership Consultant, you'll be at the frontline - representing the brand, growing memberships, and turning local interest into loyal customers. Whether it's sparking up conversations at community events, following up on leads, or partnering with Marketing and Ops to deliver exciting campaigns, you'll be the heartbeat of sales across your designated area in Cheshire East.

This is a site-based, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives off connection and wants to make a real impact in the health & wellness space.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving membership growth with energy and purpose
• Attending community events, meeting local groups, and building genuine relationships
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to push offers and promotions
• Staying ahead of the curve on market trends and customer insights
• Converting enquiries into sign-ups through meaningful conversations

What we're looking for:

• A confident communicator who loves engaging face-to-face
• Someone target-driven with a passion for promoting active lifestyles
• Sales experience (ideally in fitness, leisure or wellbeing - but not essential)
• Someone flexible, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
• Bonus if you've worked in a community-facing role before!

IMPORTANT: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a standard or enhanced DBS check, depending on the site and service.

Due to travelling across multiple sites, a full driving license is required.
