This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in front-of-house management within the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury settings. The successful candidate will have experience in hotel management, guest relations, or as a head receptionist.

• Oversee the daily operations of membership services, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
• Manage and train front-of-house staff to maintain the highest level of customer service.
