Job DescriptionRole: Membership Operations Manager
Location: Birmingham Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + bonus Our client is a growing and respected membership forum, specialising in the energy sector with an enviable membership, ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals. They are leading the way in representing its members in the transition to a greener future. This is a newly created role, to support my client’s growth strategy. A hybrid role, offering remote working 3 days a week. The Membership Operations Manager will support members, understanding their common goals and delivering networking events for them to share best practice, industry insights and topical roundtables.
Main Responsibilities: Operational management of key business programs Build effective partnerships with membersStrategically map out key discussion points pertinent to the industry and members.Project manage networking events of varying scaleLiaise with members, ensuring the forum is effective for their needsManaging designated client base Supporting internal stakeholdersManaging a diverse range of workstreamsResearch and facilitate key discussion amongst membersNurture member / external stakeholder relationshipsEssential Experience, Training and Qualifications:Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with customersExperience in project management, facilitating networking eventsUnderstanding the energy sector – desirable Experience: membership organisations, governing bodies, energy sector For more information, please apply or email
