Membership Sales Executive

Are you an experienced Internal Sales, Telesales or Account Management professional with a strong commercial focus?

We are looking for a confident and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a successful organisation based in Wolverhampton.

You will manage inbound enquiries, develop a sales pipeline and convert opportunities into new business, while also identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue through events, training, sponsorship, advertising and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into new business.

Conduct telephone-based discovery calls and understand customer requirements.

Proactively contact prospective and lapsed customers.

Manage and develop a structured pipeline using the CRM.

Promote and sell events, training and commercial opportunities.

Work closely with Marketing to maximise leads and campaigns.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate CRM records and produce pipeline/KPI reports.

Prepare quotes and proforma invoices and ensure a smooth customer handover.

We are looking for someone with:

Previous internal sales, telesales, sales or account management experience.

A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent telephone and communication skills.

A confident, proactive and commercially minded approach.

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

The ability to build relationships and convert enquiries into sales.

Experience of selling events, sponsorship, advertising or membership services would be advantageous but is not essential.
