Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students experiencing anxiety, emotional distress, and mental health difficulties.
Help students develop emotional regulation, resilience, self-esteem, and positive coping strategies.
Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement personalised support plans.
Build trusting relationships and create a safe, supportive environment for students.What We're Looking For
