Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for supporting young people? We’re looking for a dedicated and caring RMN to join a specialist mental health service in Chelmsford, working primarily with children and adolescents in a CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with experience in CAMHS or a strong desire to build their career in this area. You'll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to young people with mental health needs

• Develop therapeutic relationships to support engagement and recovery

• Contribute to assessments, care planning, and ongoing monitoring of progress

• Promote ethical, evidence-based nursing practice in line with professional standards

• For senior RMNs: lead shifts and provide mentorship to junior staff and students

What You’ll Need:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with valid NMC registration

• Experience or a keen interest in working within CAMHS settings

• Excellent teamworking and communication skills

• A flexible, positive approach - able to work shifts including nights and weekends

• A genuine passion for making a difference in young people’s mental health
