Job Description - Mental Health Nurse RMN - CAMHS

Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) – CAMHS
Location: Chelmsford Salary: £36,000 - £38,500
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you a dedicated Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) looking for a rewarding role in a structured and supportive environment? This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges while working within a collaborative and multidisciplinary team.
Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ).

Role Overview:

Deliver patient-centred care, ensuring both mental and physical well-being.
Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance engagement and recovery.
Follow codes of conduct, standards, and regulations, promoting ethical practice at all times.
Contribute to patient assessments, create individual care plans, and monitor progress.
At a senior level, lead shifts, mentor student nurses, and support the nursing team.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) qualification and valid registration.
Strong teamwork skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to working patterns.
Commitment to patient-centred care with a focus on evidence-based practice.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
