Mental Health Recovery Worker

Location: Hounslow, TW3
Reports to: Company Director
Hours: 40 hours/week (occasional flexibility required)
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker to support adults with complex mental health needs in a residential setting. This is a hands-on role focused on safeguarding, recovery planning, medication oversight, and multi-agency liaison. You'll promote independence, ensure compliance with care plans, facilitate appointments, and help clients maintain tenancy and sobriety.

You’ll work closely with clients, their families, healthcare providers, and external agencies to support recovery goals. Some local travel and occasional out-of-hours cover may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client wellbeing, independence, and recovery

• Oversee medication processes and health checks

• Lead keyworking sessions and update care/risk plans

• Coordinate appointments, community integration, and benefit applications

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and CQC standards

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to audits/reports

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with vulnerable adults and mental health in a residential setting

• Strong written/verbal communication and basic IT skills

• Confident with lone and team working

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (preferred)

• Driving license (desirable for supporting appointments)
