Job Description - Mental Health Social Worker

Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced adults social worker for an immediate start in North London, working within a Mental Health team.

In this role, you will provide support and advocacy for individuals experiencing mental health challenges, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs of individuals and their families.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

You will have extensive experience as a social worker working within a mental health team, current Social Work England registration and eligibility to work within the UK.
