Job Description - Mental Health Social Worker

Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced adults social worker for an immediate start in North London, working within a Mental Health team.

In this role, you will provide support and advocacy for individuals experiencing mental health challenges, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify the needs of individuals and their families.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual.
Provide crisis intervention and support.
Liaise with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

You will have extensive experience as a social worker working within a mental health team, current Social Work England registration and eligibility to work within the UK.
