A fantastic school in the Swindon district are looking for a recent graduate to collaborate with their specialist teachers to provide students with significant social, emotional and mental health needs support throughout their educational career. As a Youth Mental Health Worker, you will give the students a safe space to open up about thier challenges and provide them with suggestions on how to handle them in a healthy way. The school are looking for a committed, confident and well-educated candidate to take on the role of Youth Mental Health Worker and bring enthusiasm and empathy into the classroom. Ideally, the successful applicant will have excellent behaviour management skills, relevant education (Psychology, Criminology, Health and Social Care degrees etc.) The Youth Mental Health Worker will get to experience working alongside therapists, behaviour management consultants and specialist psychologists which will open up doors and help them succed in the industry.
