• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide emotional and mental health support for students as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant.

• Work with students one-on-one or in small groups, assisting those facing emotional or mental health challenges as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant.

• Help students develop strategies for managing their emotions, building resilience, and improving mental well-being.

• Foster a safe and inclusive environment where students feel supported, valued, and understood with the help of a Mental Health Teaching Assistant.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain mental health concepts in a compassionate, accessible way as a Mental Health Teaching Assistant.
