A leading construction and engineering business is looking for an experienced MEP BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM delivery across a range of major London projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining BIM strategy, MEP coordination and team management, with the opportunity to influence how digital construction is delivered across the business.

The Role

Lead MEP BIM coordination from design through construction.
Manage and develop BIM standards, workflows and BIM Execution Plans.
Lead multidisciplinary coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
Manage BIM teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
Oversee model quality, clash detection and information delivery.
Support 4D/5D BIM and digital construction initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement across BIM processes and technology.

About You

Strong MEP BIM experience within construction or engineering.
Advanced Revit and Navisworks knowledge.
Experience leading BIM teams and multidisciplinary coordination.
Strong understanding of MEP services and construction delivery.
Confident managing clients, consultants and project stakeholders.£60,000 - £75,000 + Package
