MEP Design Engineer

MEP Design Engineer - Residential & Student Accommodation

We're recruiting an experienced MEP Design Engineer to join a well-established design & build company working across residential, student accommodation, and high-end residential projects.

The role:

Manage mechanical & electrical deliverables across a range of residential schemes
Work alongside the main company designer to develop and deliver M&E design packages
Ensure all designs are up to speed with current regulations
Occasional site visits as and when required
Based in the RM7 office, with design locations across the M25What we're looking for:

Proven experience in residential design & build, ideally including student accommodation and high-end residential
Strong working knowledge of M&E systems and current design regulations
Confident using AutoCAD/Revit MEP; BIM experience an advantage
Secondary qualifications required; a relevant degree is desirable, but highly experienced candidates without one will be considered
Comfortable managing deliverables and working closely within a small design teamStandard working hours - 8am-5pm (1hr lunch)
