A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong project management background to join their growing team in Central London. Renowned for delivering high-quality Commercial and Life Sciences schemes, the business continues to secure an impressive pipeline of technically complex and innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of all building services (M&E) on Commercial and Life Sciences projects.
Lead technical reviews and ensure designs meet project requirements.
Manage services subcontractors, monitoring performance, progress and cost control.
Provide expert guidance during pre-construction, design development and installation stages.
Support risk management, value engineering and procurement activities.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing professional updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive quality assurance and ensure full compliance with regulations and company standards.The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or MEP Project Manager within a Main Contractor environment.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
Background in delivering Commercial or Life Sciences projects is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills.
