With a strong reputation for technical excellence and high-quality project delivery, the company operates across a diverse range of sectors including power generation, advanced technology facilities, infrastructure, and mission-critical environments. Due to continued growth across multiple sectors, our client is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team based in Leeds, supporting a portfolio of power generation and technology-focused projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) packages, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and financial performance across all project phases. Working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives, the MEP Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering projects on budget and in line with contractual requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure all commercial activities are executed in line with contract terms, programme requirements, and company procedures.
