About the Company

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, our client are expanding their team and looking for experienced MEP Revit Coordinators to join their London-based office.

You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial buildings and data centres.

The Role

As an MEP Revit Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality coordinated designs, with a strong focus on Stage 5 project delivery. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution and high technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate MEP services using Revit across multiple projects

* Deliver detailed Stage 5 designs in line with programme requirements

* Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients

* Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues

* Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail throughout delivery

Requirements

* Strong experience in MEP Revit coordination

* Proven track record in Stage 5 project delivery

* Excellent technical knowledge of building services

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
