MEP Revit/BIM Technician

A leading Mechanical Contractor specialising in Commercial, Hospitality and Residential projects is seeking an MEP Revit/BIM Technician to join their team. The company has been established for over 15 years, covering all aspects of mechanical installations including heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and BMS systems.

Your new role

• Develop detailed models using MEP Revit software for mechanical HVAC systems.
• Create and modify mechanical components, such as ductwork, piping, and equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate design changes into drawings.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, with experience in MEP modelling.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and components.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork within multidisciplinary environments, as well as the capacity to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with other BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks Dynamo) is advantageous.
