What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Merchandiser at boohooMAN, you’ll take the lead on planning, forecasting, and analysing product performance to drive sales, maximise profitability, and keep our collections on point.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Numbers & Strategy

• Use data to optimise sales, margins, and stock levels across your categories.
• Build and manage budgets by category and depth of buy to support overall business goals.
• Maintain and control the WSSI to ensure accurate forecasting and trading decisions.
• Monitor best and worst sellers to drive action - rebuys, promotions, and markdowns.
• Work closely with the buying team to hit margin targets and maximise profit.

🛠 Process & Development

• Contribute to long-term merchandising strategies with the Head of Merchandising.
• Identify and implement best practice processes to keep us ahead of the game.
• Support continuous improvement across systems and workflow.

🤝 Collaboration & Communication

• Lead and support your team to deliver strong performance with regular feedback and development.
• Work collaboratively with Buying, Studio, VM, and Finance teams to align goals.
• Present insights and trade updates to senior stakeholders when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

You're a confident, commercially savvy merchandiser who knows how to translate numbers into winning strategies. You’re calm under pressure, thrive on pace, and ready to level up one of the most exciting brands in menswear.

You’ll Need To Have:

• Previous experience in a merchandising or similar retail planning role
• Strong understanding of WSSI and stock forecasting tools
• Advanced Excel skills and a highly analytical mindset
• Excellent decision-making and prioritisation skills
• Strong commercial awareness of menswear/streetwear trends
• Proven ability to work in a high-speed, reactive environment
• A proactive, solution-focused approach and a team-first mindset
