Job Description - Merchandising Admin Assistant

We have the opportunity for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join a distributor of internationally renowned premium brands. You will play an important role supporting the Planning and Inbound Team to monitor sales and optimise stock levels. You must be able to provide efficient administrative support by being highly organised with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist outbound operations with stock-take and sales reviews
-

Create and maintain new items in ERP system
-

Manage product data uploads and maintenance across various platforms
-

Oversee promotion uploads
-

Take ownership of Purchase order book and issue purchase orders to suppliers
-

Communicate delays and cancellations to relevant stakeholders, mindful of commercial implications
-

Issue stock availability and inventory summaries
You will also support Ecommerce and Website Management by maximising conversation rates through visual merchandising and supporting customer query resolution. Helping to ensure processes are up to date to enhance efficiency and managing electronic filing systems across departments.
The ideal candidate will have some excel skills. We are looking for someone process-driven with the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
