Merchandising Lead

Merchandising Lead - Entertainment & Media Industry - c€100K - Netherlands

This role is open to candidates that want to relocate - Visa, location, moving etc is all taken care of by the company.

We are working with a fantastic well-known entertainment business for a brand-new position that is looking for someone to manage how each area is viewed by the customer. This is a global business which millions of customers, so are looking for a passionate individual to join and connect the fans with creative content and stories.

Key responsibilities:

·Execute content across the business

·Take responsibility when launching new products and work with the wider team

·Conduct customer research across promotional performance

·Be the expert in product development - including promotional knowledge

·Take ownership of the EMEA merchandising team to maximise the content on the platform

Key skills required:

·Over 7/8 years in a merchandising role (other role titles could include merchandising campaign lead, merchandising director, product marketing manager etc)

·Strong experience within the entertainment space or a streaming service business

·Strong analytical background - being number driven to provide insights to craft the narrative

·Excellent creative skills to craft strategic content

·Communication skills to manage and management strong relationship with a range of stakeholders
