Contract Type: Negotiable Day Rate (Outside IR35)
Duration: 3 Months Rolling Contract
Location: Primarily Remote with Occasional Travel to Paddington

Their platform integrates a variety of merchant services, from EV charging and parking to in-car retail, providing a seamless experience for their users. They are looking for a dynamic and motivated Merchant Acquisition Lead to join their team and drive their growth.

Role Overview:
As the Merchant Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in forming strategic partnerships with merchants who offer EV charging, parking, and in-car retail services. Your main objective will be to onboard these merchants to the clients platform, ensuring their clients have access to a wide range of services. This role requires a blend of sales expertise and partner management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with their merchant partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential merchant partners in the EV charging, parking, and in-car retail sectors.
Develop and execute strategies to onboard new merchants to the client platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of merchant services onto the platform.
Conduct regular check-ins and provide support to merchants to optimize their performance on our platform.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and partner management, preferably within the technology or automotive sectors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Paddington for meetings and events.
