About The Team
You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
1. Tiered Merchant Strategy Development: Formulate strategies based on merchant size, category, and other dimensions. Design differentiated growth paths, align resources and incentives, and enhance merchant engagement to drive scalable growth and sales performance.
2. Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and analyze merchant performance metrics (traffic, conversion, fulfillment) to identify anomalies and growth opportunities. Develop and implement optimization plans to reduce operational costs, improve efficiency, and boost merchant productivity.
3. Integrated Campaign Execution: Design online/offline marketing campaigns aligned with promotions and market trends. Coordinate product listings, resource allocation, and performance reviews to maximize merchant participation, campaign ROI, and GMV targets.
4. Merchant Support & Ecosystem Collaboration: Establish communication channels to resolve operational issues and provide training. Partner with product and data teams to refine merchant tools, policies, and platform competitiveness, ensuring high satisfaction.
5. Industry Insight & Strategy Refinement: Track industry trends, competitor moves, and market shifts. Continuously iterate merchant operations frameworks and methodologies to standardize growth systems and enhance strategic scalability.
