Position: Guest Relations Host - Aberdeen

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay Rate: £12.27

We have an opportunity for a Guest Relations Host. This will consist of tasks such as covering the reception area and guest services des, along with being the primary support for the electrical gaming machines. This will involve greeting customers, managing the cloakroom, assisting with machines, helping customers with disputes regarding machines and providing exceptional customer service as well as assistance in creating a courteous environment on the gaming floor.

About you:

We are looking for

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good written and verbal communications.
• Has the ability to explain offers and promotions.
• Technical and computer knowledge.
• To have passed a Guest Relations Merit 1 assessment.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Dealing with general enquiries both directly with the public and customers, over the phone face to face and email.
• Register and process lawful admission into the casino and deal with administrative detail.
• Delivering excellent customer service in accordance with Double Diamond Gaming’s customer service standards.
• The robust enforcement of Think 21.
• assist in the creation of a welcoming, friendly and courteous environment on the gaming floor whilst conducting enquiries and admissions.
