MES Engineer

What You Will Do:

- Maintain and support all MES systems within the Banbury plant, ensuring seamless operations.

- Collaborate with production, process, and third-party teams to develop robust MES communication interfaces.

- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and labelling updates to meet evolving business needs.

- Work alongside IT Management to create specifications for MES functionality, improving systems integration.

- Coordinate MES Technicians to ensure timely responses to system issues and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

- Participate in cross-functional initiatives, engaging with senior leadership and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

What You Will Bring:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to MES applications such as Apriso, InSequence, or similar.

- Proficiency in databases and queries, ideally Oracle or PostgreSQL.

- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerBI.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with programming and scripting languages to support MES development needs.
