Elevation Recruitment Group's Skilled Shop Floor Team is delighted to be partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield. We are currently supporting the business in their search for a skilled Metal Forming / Sheet Metal Worker join their team.

Working Hours & Pay

• Hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 3.30pm
• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
• Overtime: 1.5 x basic rate
• Holiday: 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
• Benefits: Private Healthcare / Sick Pay following successful probationary period

The Role:

• Cutting, bending, and forming metal components to precise tolerances
• Fabricating
• Interpreting engineering drawings to produce accurate components
• Working with TIG & MIG welding processes for light to medium gauge materials (1mm - 10mm)
• Using press brakes, saws, and other fabrication machinery

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker / Metal Former
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Experience working with a variety of steel
• Competence in TIG & MIG welding
• Previous work within highly regulated industries (desirable)
