Metal Polisher

Based in the centre of Birmingham, our client has over 200years of industry experience and history. We are recruiting for an experienced Metal Polisher who has demonstrable and transferrable skills working across various metals including Brass, Stainless |Steel and Chrome finishes.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for the preparation, linishing and polishing of components to the required high-quality standard across all product ranges.

Monday to Thursday 7am - 3.30pm
Friday 7am - 12pm

£12.21-£15.39phr Dependant On Experience

This role will involve intricate & physical work and require good attention to detail and the Polisher will be responsible for the quality of their own work and tidiness of the work area.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Manual polishing of components.
• Use of hand tools and polishing machinery.
• Inspecting components for quality defects.
• Ensuring quality standards are met at all times.
• Adhering to agreed manufacturing routes & instructions.
• Maintaining the housekeeping and cleanliness of the assembly area and benches.

Previous experience is essential for this position.
