Permanent Position | Excellent Benefits Package
Shifts: Monday to Friday, Alternating weekly

• Early: 5:45am - 1:45pm
• Late: 2:15pm - 10:15pm

Our long-established international client is seeking a skilled Metal Worker / Fettler to join their busy and dynamic team in Dorking. This is a permanent, full-time role offering great long-term prospects and an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finishing and fettling of metal components to a high standard
• Grinding, brushing, or scraping surfaces to remove press marks and imperfections
• Smoothing edges and seams for safe handling and visual consistency
• Performing stud welding as required
• Ensuring your workstation is clean and safe at all times
• Maintaining high attention to detail and meeting quality specifications

Requirements:

• Previous experience in metal work or fettling is essential
• Reliable, organised, and able to work well within a team
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to producing quality work
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
