Job Description - Metallurgist

Are you a Metallurgist, looking to take the next step in your career by joining an established and well-respected company? Due to internal promotions, our client, an Aerospace Manufacturer is looking to add a Metallurgist to their testing team. Following strict protocols, you will support the Senior Metallurgists with metallurgical preparation, testing and investigation.

Job Description

Perform tests and write reports
Prepare and test metal samples by following the correct standards, procedures, and manuals.
Participate in all first article inspection activities
Help improve lab processes and procedures for better efficiency and quality.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Degree in materials science or metallurgy
Minimum of 1 years’ experience within Metallurgy a position
