The role

As a Metering Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering successful AMR rollouts and supporting MOP and DCDA activities for our clients. You will act as the central point of coordination, keeping customers informed, tracking installations, working with metering providers and ensuring everything runs to time.

This is a great fit if you enjoy staying organised, solving problems as they pop up and keeping clear communication flowing between clients, suppliers and internal teams.

You will be involved in:

• Coordinating MOP, DCDA and AMR rollout activity for project managed clients

• Keeping progress on track and chasing updates where needed

• Managing logs, reports, spreadsheets and contract records

• Speaking with clients, providers and suppliers by phone, email and Teams

• Making sure installations are completed within agreed timescales

• Helping resolve queries through to completion

• Supporting our wider Metering team where needed

You will need:

• Strong organisation and time management

• Confidence communicating with different stakeholders

• A proactive and problem solving mindset

• Good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook

• Accuracy when keeping records, logs and reports up to date

• Ability to follow processes from start to finish

• Experience with metering and data contracts
