Metering and Settlement Analyst - What will you do:

• Monitoring and resolution of all metering and settlement queries
• Cover all non-Half hourly and Half hourly meter types including AMR and Smart metering
• Maintaining appropriate records of all internal & external metering activities.

Metering and Settlement Analyst - What will you need:

• Good Metering knowledge NHH/HH
• Experience working with manages services
• Good customer service skills, willing to pick up the phone to customers

Location: Midlands - Hybrid (two day a week in office)

Salary: £30,000
