Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Inspire students to develop their linguistic skills and cultural understanding.

Monitor and assess progress, tailoring lessons to meet student needs.

Contribute to the MFL curriculum and enrichment opportunities.

Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Participate in school events, CPD, and departmental planning.

Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families.

Qualifications and Experience:

QTS or expected QTS by September 2025.

A degree in a Modern Foreign Language or related subject.

Suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A genuine passion for language teaching and cultural education.

A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Willingness to contribute to the broader life of the school.
