Are you an enthusiastic and flexible MFL Teacher who can teach both French and Spanish? A welcoming secondary school in Romford is seeking a passionate language specialist to join their MFL department immediately. This full-time, temporary role is ideal for a confident Early Career Teacher or a more experienced professional looking to inspire students in a dynamic and diverse setting.

You'll be responsible for delivering engaging French and Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop their confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. With a focus on real-world application and cultural awareness, you’ll play a key role in nurturing a love for languages among learners of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Support language development through creative teaching and real-world application.
• Plan and differentiate lessons to support diverse learning needs.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
• Contribute to MFL curriculum development and enrichment activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practice.

Qualifications and Experience:

• QTS and a degree in MFL, French, Spanish, or related subject (essential).
• Ability to teach both French and Spanish to KS4 level.
• Open to Early Career Teachers and experienced educators.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for languages and cultural exchange.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being.
