Aspire People are working in partnership with a vibrant secondary school in Shropshire to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic MFL Teacher for a long-term position starting in September 2025. The Role:

Full-time teaching of French and/or Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4 (German is a bonus but not essential)

Delivering engaging, interactive lessons that inspire a love of languages

Encouraging students to develop strong communication skills and cultural understanding

Working collaboratively within a strong and supportive MFL department

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has excellent subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish (German a plus)

Demonstrates a passion for languages and cultural education

Has a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

ECTs and experienced MFL teachers are encouraged to apply
