MHE Trainers – Leicester (LE19)

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for MHE Trainers to join our team based in the Leicester (LE19) area.

 Location: Leicester, LE19
 Pay rate: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week, working on days (may be required to work PM shifts during peak).

Key Duties:

Delivering in-house training for MHE equipment (LLOP, PPT, Reach, Counterbalance etc.)

Assessing and refreshing current employees on safe MHE practices

Conducting inductions for new starters and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

Keeping accurate training records and certification documents

Working closely with warehouse management to identify training needs

Supporting warehouse operations when training is not required
