Computershare has an exciting opportunity for an MI Analyst to join our team in Edinburgh.

Reporting directly to our Delivery Lead, you'll join our brand-new AI Hub, a growing team focused on delivering innovative technology solutions and exploring how emerging technologies can create value across our business.

Working closely with programme leaders, senior stakeholders and technical colleagues, you'll contribute to impactful initiatives, gain broad exposure across the organisation and play a key role in the evolution of our technology landscape.
 
A role you will love

The MI Analyst will play a contributing role in helping to shape and mature the management information, measurement, and value-tracking capability for our AI SDLC Programme.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing reporting standards, data quality expectations, KPI frameworks, and benefits measurement approaches that provide trusted, CIO-facing visibility of AI adoption, delivery performance, and value realisation.

As the subject matter expert for AI SDLC management information, you will ensure that insights are accurate, consistent, actionable, and used to drive prioritisation, governance, and senior stakeholder decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption, value, and benefits tracking across the programme.
• Develop and maintain management information, reporting, and actionable insights.
• Provide clear CIO-level reporting and visibility of programme performance.
• Define and enhance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish reporting standards and data quality controls to ensure reliable and trusted information.
• Support governance processes through meaningful analysis and recommendations.

What will you bring to the role?

We’re looking for someone with strong management information and analytics expertise, including experience designing insightful dashboards and reporting products, developing robust data models, defining trusted metrics, and creating governed reporting assets that support senior stakeholder decision-making.

You'll have proven experience building management information, dashboards, and reporting packs for AI adoption, technology delivery, or transformation programmes. You'll also have experience defining baselines, KPIs, benefits measures, and value-tracking methodologies that demonstrate programme success.

In addition, you'll be confident working with data manipulation, transformation, analysis, and visualisation tools, including Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.

Other key skills and experience

• Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft 365, Teams, or GitHub data sources.
• Knowledge of project methodologies, SDLC processes, and delivery performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Experience delivering actionable insights that support business and technology decision-making.
