We're seeking a technically skilled Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Specialist to lead the optimisation and evolution of our Microsoft cloud environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone with deep expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 administration, and modern workplace solutions - including collaboration tools, compliance, and endpoint management.

You'll play a key role in enhancing collaboration, security, and automation across the business, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online design, governance, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint & Collaboration Tools

• Act as SME for SharePoint Online - manage architecture, site structures, permissions, metadata, and user governance.
• Partner with departments to improve document management, retention, and collaboration workflows.

Microsoft 365 Administration

• Own day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 apps: Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Copilot.
• Administer user lifecycle, licensing, MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP policies.
• Oversee system performance, compliance, and security posture via Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre / Purview.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+), UK GDPR and internal data retention policies.
• Manage WithSecure, Microsoft Defender, and Intune for endpoint protection and compliance.
