We are looking for an MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join the ownership team of our clients Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external third-party suppliers to deliver solutions that align with our business objectives.

Hybrid Role: You’ll need to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Support on the design, development, and maintenance of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
Customise the CRM platform to meet business needs, including configuring modules, workflows, and reports.
Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and support to gather and define requirements.
Document CRM configurations and development processes.

Requirements:

Proficiency in customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Familiarity with integration techniques (SOAP, RESTful APIs).
Knowledge of data migration tools and third-party solutions.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210).
