This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new CRM capability, improving how fellowship information, relationships and engagement activities are managed. You'll lead functional discovery, requirements gathering and process design, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and technical teams to translate business needs into practical Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions. The project will focus on improving data quality, building a structured view of member profiles and expertise, strengthening relationship management and developing enhanced search and reporting capabilities. Key Skills & Experience: Strong functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse configuration and data modelling. Experience designing tables, relationships, forms, views and business rules. Requirements gathering, workshops, user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience with fit-gap analysis and functional solution design. Understanding of duplicate detection, data matching and record merging. Knowledge of CRM security roles, access controls and auditing. Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management. This is a hybrid contract based in London, requiring 1-2 days per week in the office. Excellent Day Rate Available.
