What you'll do
The role will be conducting analysis of new technology within PowerApps, the production of new software solutions leveraging the power of the Power Platform. While also ensuring that existing products are kept up to date with the latest Microsoft changes.

Participate proactively and collaboratively within an Agile team framework to ensure:
Transparency, by communicating with the wider business via demos and sprint review meetings to demonstrate the value of work completed by the team
Consistency, by following Mercury's current development and administrative standards
High-quality software solutions, by supporting QA processes such as defining and executing tests
Maintainability, through development and delivery of comprehensively documented software solutions
Ease of deployment and configuration, by designing solutions that aim to minimise disruption and effort

Who you are
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules
Experience implementing and customizing model driven apps with the Power Platform
Understanding of Microsoft Power Automate, including standard connectors with Power Apps and other associated products.
Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills Building and configuring Power Platform forms, views, dashboards and workflows
Experience of working in an Agile development team to deliver projects – Ideally utilising Scrum methodologies.
Experience extending the Dynamics platform using JavaScript based web resources.
Utilisation of Canvas Apps and Pages to extend the model driven application of Dynamics.

Desirable
Experience of using Azure DevOps and/or Git source control
Any suitable Microsoft certifications around the Power Platform or Dynamics CRM
Experience using Power Virtual Agents
Azure Open AI

Location
At Mercury, we believe in the power of face-to-face collaboration. That’s why we encourage our team members to join us at our Coleshill office 2 days per week. However, we’re all about flexibility, so we support remote work the remaining days if that’s your preference.
