About Lift
The Lift Agency is a creative studio, established in 2003. We’re based in North Yorkshire but work with clients in London and Europe. We build brands and compelling campaigns; offering design services to leading UK and international organisations. We’re engaged in some fantastic projects from brand creation and implementation, to marketing initiatives and campaigns in Sport, Fashion, Lifestyle, F&B and more.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mid or Senior Designer. You will be part of the larger creative team responsible for creative campaigns and brand building across a range of clients, working on concept, positioning and delivery. Core skills in creative suite are essential with experience in animation and motion a bonus. The role will be based at our offices a in Harrogate a minimum of 2 days a week and 3 days remotely.

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Marketing, or related field preferred

Knowledge and organisation
• Expert knowledge in Brand Development and the Creative industry
• Organise, manage and correctly name files and folders on the work server
• Play a key role in our quality control process.

Communication and teamwork
• Excellent communication and strong organisational skills
• Confident, personable, proactive, enthusiastic, with a willingness to rise to any challenge.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and respond quickly in fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well as part of a team
