Our client, a high-performing quant trading firm, are looking to make a newly created London based Middle Office hire.

The role available is a hybrid middle office / project focused position which will predominately see the successful candidate working on key projects / initiatives, automation tasks, process improvement and value add tasks. This is mixed in with daily support of the London trading desk, corporate actions, managing some client relationships and supporting the trade life cycle front-to-back.

Candidates should currently be working in a hedge fund, prop trading or IB trade support role. Candidates must have strong automation experience and advanced skills in Python as a minimum. Strong academics are preferable.

The firm have a flexible base salary budget to provide the successful hire with a strong increase on their current base number. The firm’s Middle Office team are typically paid 50%+ bonuses, with the variable sizeable for an exceptional performer.
