With a strong focus on internal training and development, they offer a clear, structured program that provides defined steps for progression, guiding you all the way to a Lead Designer role.

You will be responsible for creating designs based on client briefs, with support from experienced designers. Encouraged to unleash your creativity, you'll craft unique spaces and have the opportunity to see your designs come to life as the build team brings them to reality.

The role
- Interior / Product Designer
- Working on Commercial projects, mainly within the hospitality industry
- Producing creative designs for the fit out of interior spaces
- Training and progression opportunities

The person
- AutoCAD experience and ideally Sketchup, Adobe, Microsoft
- Design experience, ideally working on fit out projects
- Creative and ambitious with a strong desire to progress
- Interior or Product Design background
