A multi-award winning B Corp, our client is highly thought of both as a place to work and for the quality of work they produce.About the RoleReporting into a Creative Director, the Mid-Weight Designer will be working across many brand design disciplines such as packaging design, digital platforms, tone of voice work, brand identity, motion design, and more. You will use your technical and creative expertise to take ownership of design output. This role has a clear path to a Senior Designer position for a Mid-Weight ready to take the step up.Responsibilities include:Working collaboratively with the team to create great branding for both new and established brands, bringing strategies to life through brilliant design.Assisting in conceptualisation and design boards.Mentoring the junior members of the team with the possibility of managing junior designers.Managing client communications and ensuring delivery is on time.Collaborating with the other teams and being exposed to different projects and clients when needed.Ensuring files are set up correctly, following appropriate design processes and taking into account different channels.Keeping up to date with industry standards and trends.About your BackgroundDemonstrable creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.A strong understanding of and proficiency in industry standard tools, eg.
